Zyra Couture — Refund Policy


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled within 24 hours before dispatch.

  • Return of faulty, defective, or incorrect items within 15 days of delivery.

  • Lost shipments confirmed by the courier.

  • Undelivered parcels due to wrong/incomplete address or unclaimed items.


Refund Timeframe & Method

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • No restocking fees apply.


Conditions & Requirements

  • Refund requests must include proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

  • Items must be defective, damaged, or incorrect as delivered.

  • Non-faulty items are non-refundable, unless they meet the fault/defect criteria above.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • We handle these cases with priority.

  • Return shipping costs are fully covered by Zyra Couture.

  • Replacements are dispatched immediately after confirmation.


Refunds for Cancellations

  • For valid cancellations (within 24 hours), refunds are processed after we confirm that the order has not yet been dispatched.


Google Merchant Center Consistency

  • Our refund policy (15-day window for defective/incorrect items) and return coverage are aligned with our Merchant Center settings.

  • This ensures full consistency between our ads and website content, in compliance with Google’s policies.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@zyracouture.com with your order number and reason for the request.

  2. Ship the item back following our provided return instructions.

  3. We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed the item.

  4. Your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days thereafter.
