Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in the following cases:

Order cancelled within 24 hours before dispatch.

Return of faulty, defective, or incorrect items within 15 days of delivery.

Lost shipments confirmed by the courier.

Undelivered parcels due to wrong/incomplete address or unclaimed items.
Refund Timeframe & Method

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

No restocking fees apply.
Conditions & Requirements

Replacements are dispatched immediately after confirmation.
Refunds for Cancellations

For valid cancellations (within 24 hours), refunds are processed after we confirm that the order has not yet been dispatched.
