Shipping Options & Costs

  • Free Shipping: $0 — delivery to the USA within 7–30 business days after dispatch.

  • DHL Express (Expedited Service): $4.99 — delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Notes: Delivery estimates are in business days and begin after dispatch. Transit times may vary depending on destination, carrier workload, and customs processing.

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

  • For heavier or customized items, handling may take up to 2 business days.

Customs & Import Duties

Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • Couriers may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for pickup.

  • If the parcel is not collected within the carrier’s timeframe, it may be returned to sender.

  • In such cases, return or reshipment fees may apply.

Exceptions & Regional Variations

Address Accuracy & PO Boxes

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

Order Cancellation

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery or request a return after receipt.
