Zyra Couture — Returns & Exchanges Policy


Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned for any reason (“buyer’s remorse”) within 30 days of delivery.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 15 days of delivery.

  • Non-returnable items: Sale products, gifts, personalized items, or hygiene-sensitive products.


Product Condition

All returned items must be:

  • New, unused, and in original condition.

  • Complete with original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories.

  • Sealed and securely packaged.


Return & Exchange Process

  1. Email us at support@zyracouture.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos (if applicable).

  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item as instructed using your chosen carrier.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship the exchange within 3–5 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyer’s remorse returns: Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Faulty/incorrect items: Zyra Couture covers the postage. We will provide a prepaid return label or refund your return shipping costs.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color differences.

  • Exchanges follow the same process and shipping rules as standard returns.


Refund Information

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed) within 3–5 business days after inspection.

  • No restocking fees apply.


International Returns

  • Customers outside the USA must follow the same return process.

  • International buyers are responsible for return postage and customs clearance.

  • Please keep proof of postage for all international returns.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before dispatch by contacting support@zyracouture.com.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may follow the return process after delivery.


Google Merchant Center Compliance

  • We provide a 30-day return window for most items and a 15-day window for defective items, in compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements.

  • Our policy clearly states who covers the cost of return shipping for both standard and faulty returns.

  • The return process is detailed, transparent, and easily accessible without login, ensuring compliance with Google’s “conspicuous and accessible” policy requirement.
